Blue's Smokehouse in conjunction with Jackie Weight are really happy to announce that our range of sauces are now available for sale. We have three sauces available at the moment, our Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce, is fruity, sweet and sticky with a hint of bourbon, it goes really well with brisket, ribs and steak; our Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce is a slightly sweet, tangy, mustard and cider vinegar based sauce which goes really well with pork and chicken; and our Kansas Ketchup, a rich thick tomato sauce with great depth of flavour, finishing with a nice chilli kick, goes really well with everything.

These sauces are available at Blue's Smokehouses in Bracknell and Twickenham and will soon be joined by our Bhut Jolokia Hot Sauce and four of our spice rubs.
