We're really excited to announce that we have a new UK BBQ Mag team member, Bill Gardner, AKA BBQ Bill.

Bill has been helping out the last couple of issues with some great recipes, he takes some stunning photos, so we were very excited that he agreed to join our team.

His real specialty is cooking seafood on the BBQ, and he has come up with some lovely curried seafood recipes in this Issue.

We had the recent pleasure of meeting a chef who is doing great things cooking over fire and smoke at Pengrillie. Chef Dan Cox has worked in many high end restaurants and was executive chef at Simon Rogan’s Fera at Claridge’s.

He has taken over Crocadon Farm at St. Mellion in Cornwall, and cooks in a very natural style using produce from the farm, using various BBQ's and smokers such to cook up some real wonders, and looks to be getting going this autumn.

We had the fortune to see him work his magic with a beautiful selection of veg he had picked that morning, all cooked plancha style over charcoal with a lick of smoke, for more details follow Dan on Instagram @chefdancox or Twitter @chefdancox
