We're loving the news that Neil Rankin's new restaurant is opening it's doors on Bonfire Night... temper is opening on Broadwick St. in Soho on the 5th November.

Promising nose to tail cooking over fire, with some great breeds, Dexter, Longhorn and Highland beef, and a lovely variety of rare breed pork. Also lots of lamb, goat and mutton will be hitting the smoke.

Neil is well known for pushing BBQ boundaries here in the UK, so his new place will no doubt be a real experience.

There promises to be a shawarma section at the end, a Japanese robata grill section for small meat cuts and vegetables, an area for flat bread and a large wood oven at the end which will be a real showpiece in the centre of the restaurant, and we love the sound of the Agrigultural Industrial feel to the place. Upstairs is to be a taco bar.

The menu looks jaw dropping good, and it's going to be tough to decide what to eat, but it sounds like you just choose the meat by weight, and grab a load of sourdough tacos and choose what toppings you'd like.

A great way to cook and eat. We really hope to visit this place soon. Only a couple of months to wait.
