Year 7 Camp to Pak Lap Wan, Hong Kong
On day four, we began our last morning in the tents being awakened by a sudden rainstorm, although this did nothing to dampen our spirits! One last treasure hunt around Pak Lap, before we packed up our gear and hiked up to our buses that would take us to the PLK Centre - AC at last! We finish the day by preparing for tomorrow's big talent show... what secret skills will Year 7 be showing off?
On day five, our final day on camp was spent hiking through the Hong Kong hills and enjoying our last chance to explore the countryside before we head back to the concrete of Guangzhou! We finished the day showcasing our talents in an incredible show - who knew we had so many gifted students in Year 7! One more sleep before heading home… Hong Kong, we’re going to miss you!
Our Year 7 students had a fantastic time in Pak Lam Wan, Hong Kong! After crossing the border from Guangzhou, day two provided students with an amazing opportunity for our Risk-Takers and Communicators to show themselves, as we took to the seas for kayaking and the cliffs for some abseiling and rock-climbing.
