Life is a series of these journeys and the IB path you have chosen is not an easy path. There is a Chinese proverb that roughly translates as:

To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep on stepping.

Last year’s journey was through to the end of the MYP and you got there, one step at a time. Now you face the DP and you need to keep stepping forward. Your friends, teachers and family are there to support you when you think the journey is too difficult. You are not on this journey alone so take heart and seek support. Reach out a hand when you get stuck and you will have hands reach out to help you move forward.

Congratulations, you are IB continuum students and you will continue to step forward on your lifelong journey. Don’t forget though, to enjoy the scenery as travel along and look back every so often to appreciate how far you have come.
