Year 6 students have produced some eye catching display work in mathematics. Students have shown they can accurately use a protractor to measure acute, obtuse and reflex angles during the ‘Angles Project’ where they creatively presented their names.

During our inquiry ‘Where we are in place and time’, year 6 students used their understanding of scale drawings to produce beautiful images from the past. Students have recently been investigating individual research questions, comparing interests and attributes of their peers. They have gathered data then calculated the mean, median, mode and range to form conclusions and create digital graphs.
