Pumpkin Coconut Almond Halloween Treats

1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

1/2 cup almond butter

1/3 cup brown rice syrup

1 cup coconut

1/2 cup raisins

3/4 cup slivered, toasted almonds

1 cup crispy brown rice cereal

1 tsp. cinnamon

pinch of cloves, allspice and sea salt

Mix together the pumpkin. almond butter, brown rice syrup, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and sea salt. Add the coconut, raisins, almonds and brown rice cereal. Mix all together. Form the batter in to small balls. Roll in coconut to cover the balls. Refrigerate. They have to be stored in fridge, or they get soft.
