Elenfa’s Garden & Changing Rooms
Elenfa’s garden has had a bit of a facelift courtesy of staff and
service users. The garden has been thoroughly weeded, trees
have been cut back and plants and shrubs have been removed
and/ or relocated. Aaron, Jamie and Jonathan have regularly
been mowing the lawns and keeping the garden tidy with Cymell.
All rubbish has been removed and the decking has been given a
through jet washing. We can now see all the fruit trees and have
further plans for our fabulous garden.
Jonathan has moved rooms, he was supported to choose the
colour scheme for the new room and buy the paint and curtains.
Jonathan and staff painted, hung his curtains and moved his
belongings from the flat to his new blue and cream room.
Jonathan seemed to enjoy deciding how his new room should be
set up and likes being back in the main body of the house.
Aarons new room is in the process of being decorated, Aaron
was supported to choose the new wallpaper. He has decided to
have a feature wall papered and the rest
painted. Aaron chose the same flooring
as he has in his lounge and is very
pleased with the finished result. He has
been supported to pack his old room up
and as soon as his bedroom is finished
he will be assisted to move in. Jamie’s
room is also in the process of being decorated. He was supported to choose his
new wallpaper and he decided on his colour scheme and how he would set his
room up. Jamie is really looking forward
to all the lads living on the same floor.
