First Aid Certificate Presentation
On the 26th March, 17 of the trainees and
service users were presented with certificates
for completing an introduction to first aid
course last year.
The certificates were
presented by Abi from Taran Disability Forum
who provide training, information and advice
to disabled people on Anglesey, and who led
and taught the course on the farm. As part of
increasing the trainees practical independent
living skills they were taught a number of
basic first aid techniques including how to
place people in the recovery position and how
create a sling, techniques which could prove
invaluable in a situation where they are
required. We would like to thank Taran for
holding the course and congratulate all the
trainees and service users who received
certificates.
