Carl and Lisa’s wedding was unique and special. From the tip of their boots to
their final “I dos”, their romantic, rustic wedding and reception held at Amish
Acres captured the essence of their happiness and future life together.
Their ceremony in the majestic 1911 Round Barn Theatre was beautiful
and quite unique, with symbolism that brought their two separate lives and
families together. Placed on a center table, the couple each brought dirt
from the farmsteads they grew up at and planted a unity tree to symbolize
the roots of their family and relationship. The tree will continue to grow at
their new home together along with their love as they become each other’s
family. Next came the celebration of their marriage in the century old barn
Restaurant where the rustic, elegant charm created the perfect atmosphere
for the evening’s festivities.
