CAPS will be offering students opportunities to relax and unwind before or after they present at SpARC.
10am-2pm, we will have a tent set up right outside of the Science Center, where students will be able to:
DRINK refreshing cucumber water
MAKE your own stress ball with sand and balloons
ENJOY inspirational candy
LISTEN to relaxing music
PLAY games
COLOR mandalas
9-12 and 1-3, stop by BSC 108E of the Science Center to join CAPS psychologist Dr. Paula Bloom for relaxation exercises to help calm your mind and body before and after your presentation.
