His mother taught him to live by the motto “Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.” Antonio “Griz” Johnson knew at a young age that one day he would get paid to run his mouth. Griz, A remarkable rapper and lyricist, has taken the southern hip-hop scene by storm and is on the verge of spreading worldwide already garnering fans from South Korea to Europe. Griz’s desire to provide a better life for his four year old daughter motivates him daily. further inspiration comes from his uncle and mentor, who passed the Bar exam while in prison. Griz knows that no matter what a person goes through, faith and determination make all things possible.
