NEW ! Live Creatively ! Adult Summer Arts Camp June 11-15 — SAVE THE DATE !
Tap into your inner artist ! A week-long art intensive exploring your creative side . Learn to make pottery , craft your own jewelry , how to design handmade silk scarves , the secrets to watercolor painting , how to write a melodic poem , and how to preserve jams from the Ishkashitaa Refugee network . The benefit of art in aging comes from the Creativity and Aging Study , which determines that taking on creative endeavors promotes better health , fewer doctor visits , less medication usage , and greater involvement in one ’ s activities and community .
