Every Sunday in March , 9:15 – 10:15 am Get fit while staying cool as the temperature rises ! A high intensity water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool , with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity , as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym . $ 30 /$ 20 members per class

Dr . Sarah Smith PT , DPT is a physical therapist practicing at Smith Performance Center , which has now partnered with the Tucson J . Dr . Smith has a background in treating patients with orthopedic , neurological , and cardiovascular conditions and has incorporated aquatics into her practice for injury recovery , gait and balance training , as well as swimming technique correction .
Aquatic Group Therapy
Tuesday & Thursdays , 3 – 4pm These group classes focus on aerobic conditioning , progressive strengthening , and balance training . People of all levels are welcome . Ideal for the person that has a current injury or history of injury . NEW ! Swimming Analysis We are all meant to move . Unfortunately , our movement patterns can place us at significant risk for injury . Even if you are not currently injured , we perform swimming analyses to reduce your risk for injury and to help fix common movement errors with your swim stroke .
