Lindy Hop Swing Dance Class
Wednesdays, January 17, 24 & 31 10:30 – 11:45am
The three-class series will give you an opportunity to learn
all about your hip flexors including the basic anatomy of the
muscles that help make up the hip flexors, what yoga poses
engage/tighten the hip flexors and move. This will be a mixed
level yoga class, no prior anatomy experience is needed.
Beginners are welcome!

Mind/Body Studio Tuesdays, May 1 – June 5, 7pm
Lindy Hop is a fun way to get exercise while learning the
fundamentals of partner dancing. This class is dedicated to
educating beginning dancers in both six and eight count
swing rhythms. No partner or experience required.

Bachata is a Latin dance from the Dominican Republic that
encapsulates fun footwork and partner connection.

Rotator Cuff & Shoulders
Wednesdays, April 11, 18 & 25, 10:30 – 11:45am
The rotator cuff is a cuff of four muscles that helps create
rotation and proper articulation of the shoulder joint.
This three-class series will allow students to explore the
location and activation of the rotator cuff muscles and learn
techniques to restore strength and functional mobility of
their shoulders.

Balboa is a 1940’s swing dance that’s experiencing a modern
revival! Glide to the Big Band classics with this smooth,
elegant dance. Rooted in the Jitterbug and Ballroom
styles, this six week beginning progressive series will help
you develop strong basics and musicality. No partner or
