Weightlifting for Women Senior Stand Tall Program
Tuesdays, 5:30pm
Weight training improves bone density, develops lean muscle,
increases metabolism, prevents osteoporosis and builds positive
self-image. This class will help you feel comfortable in the weight
room and guide you through the fundamentals of weight training.

Krav Maga Self Defense-Survival Session I Age 21+
Krav maga is the self defense system of the Israeli
military. Designed to challenge the mind, body and spirit
during stressful situations, Krav maga helps develop the inner
warrior of humble individuals. This “Survival Session” is a
progressive course with beginners, intermediate and advanced
level practitioners. This six-week course is open to women and
men with little or no self-defense experience.
