Elder Rehab Functional Movement Screening (FMS)
Mondays – Thursdays, starting January 22, by appointment
Elder Rehab is a research-tested physical, mental, & social
stimulation program developed by psychologist Sharon
Arkin. A senior, memory-challanged participant will be
partnered with a University of Arizona volunteer “personal
trainer” who will supervise the participant in physical fitness
work outs and engage in memory & language stimulation.

PACE Room Everyone has unique movement imbalances and limitation
that can lead to pain and injury. The Functional Movement
Screening will test seven basic movement patterns. That
will reveal weaknesses/imbalances so you can begin

JXT Small Group Training
JXT is a unique and specifically designed progressive
program with a purpose to allow all participants to make
consistent gains over an eight-week stretch. Our coaches
are committed to make sure your experience is not only
fun and safe, and give you a high intensity workout focused
around strong foundational moves. Teams will be running
