Youth Tri Team helps develop swimming, biking & running
skills. Kids learn how to build confidence, understand basic
USAT rules, nutrition & strength training while learning safe &
fun habits in their assigned skill level. Scholarships available.

violence, terrorism detection & mass shooting response.

Youth Fitness Center Orientation | Grades 6 +
1st & 3rd Sundays, 12:30 pm
A 30-minute overview of the proper use & operation
of our equipment focusing on safety, as well as proper
etiquette in general. Please register with the Sports &
Wellness desk on the day of the orientation.

combining cardio, conditioning, & strength training with

yourself & your friends. Perfect for homeschoolers!

Team Sports | Ages 3-5

Thursdays, 1 - 2 pm, 3-4 years
Introduce kids to team sports including, but not limited to
soccer, baseball, and P.E style games. Girls & boys have fun
learning new skills, fundamentals, sportsmanship in a team
setting. This will be a mix of skill-teaching & team activities.

Pee Wee Soccer | Ages 3-6

Non-competitive learning league. Develop
coordination, soccer fundamentals, rules,
teamwork, sportsmanship and how to have fun. 8 weeks long.

Basic skills for youngest children include balancing skills,
running, jumping, and leaping. Skills acquired for older
