an overabundance of starchy, fatty foods and prolonged
stress all take a harsh toll on your body. The Holidays are the
time to pay even closer attention to your health. Dr. Utash
from Wellness Key Chiropractic will give you tips to reduce
stress and even increase your family’s health this season
during this three-week program.

Adler in experiencing the profound benefits of a regular
meditation practice to increase happiness, slow aging,
improve cardiovascular and immune systems, manage stress

sense of peace and ease.

Smoothies are a great way to fuel your body with tons of
nutrients. This three-week smoothie-making (and tasting!)
workshop is super unique and engaging for the entire family!
We will be demonstrating how to make smoothies and talking
about the benefits of fruits, vegetables and good nutrition.

Krav Maga: Israeli Self Defense I Ages 16+
Thursdays, August 10 – September 14, 7:05 pm
Krav maga is the self-defense system of the Israeli military.
Designed to challenge the mind, body and spirit during
stressful situations, Krav Maga will help you achieve a strong
level of technical proficiency in a short period of time. Since
a majority of the course is physically active, proper attire is
required: long pants, shirt with sleeves and sneakers. This is a
progressive course with a mixed level of students.

ballet class geared for seniors!
Gain flexibility, agility, coordination, stamina and grace as you
explore the beauty of ballet. Ballet classes for seniors have
been shown to keep the body nimble and improve overall
posture and mobility. Most importantly you’ll have fun and
enjoy the sense of well being that dance can bring. Wear
comfortable clothes.

Senior Shimmy Belly Dancing

Belly Dancing is a graceful and fun type of dance for people
of all ages, shapes and sizes! Movements are low impact and
flow with the body’s natural movements. In this class you will
do some light stretching, learn basic belly dance movements
and shake your hips to some awesome traditional and non-
traditional music!
