Coach Spencer Roberts will be available for professional
endurance sports coaching including Triathlon, Swimming,
Running and Cycling. If you want to ‘step up’ your game or start
with the basics, Spencer is ready to offer the latest cutting edge
training for all levels of endurance sports athletes.

FMS-Functional Movement Screening
Whether you are older, younger, active or not-so-active, everyone
has unique movement imbalances and limitation that can lead to
pain and injury. The Functional Movement Screen test seven basic
movement patterns, revealing any weaknesses/imbalances so you
can begin strengthening them in a highly targeted and effective
