Molecor closes one more edition of the K , the world ´ s premier fair for the plastic and rubber industry , with satisfaction and great optimism to face the projects awaiting .
Several milestones have been accomplished by the company since its foundation in 2006 . From the Air Based System , the Integrated Socket System and the Integrated Seal System ( ISS +) up to the novelties presented in this edition ; the M-OR-P 5012 technology and the first PVC-O fittings in the world , two developments that will revolutionize the market enormously .
The great capacity of development and adaptation of Molecor ’ s technology explains the great confidence and ambition that the company has to continue providing the sector with increasingly
innovative and efficient developments , guaranteeing the best solutions to the water sector .

EFFIMAC Cuts 72x72x8mm on Flying Cold Saw
Effimac is a company in India pioneering the Flying Cold Saw Cut Off on Tube Mills . It is the first company in India to have indigenously developed Double Blade Orbital Milling Saw Cut Off for 12 ” Mill and commissioned the same successfully around one year back .
It had recently got the rarest of achievements by cutting 72x72x8mm section on Single Blade Flying Cold Saw . The machine is commissioned at M / s MKK metal sections in India around one month back . Effimac had taken this challenge around one year back on a special request from the client . Their strong R & D cell developed this special model . The cutting is designed on TCT blade but while testing , cutting was done successfully on even HSS blade with precisely controlled cutting parameters . TN JANUARY 2017 6
