• Utilize – Don’t think about calling a restaurant yourself. Restaurants are more
likely to accommodate Concierges who regularly send guests when they request a
last-minute seating or one of the best tables in the house.
• Call Ahead when able - Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, call in
advance and share your itinerary. A Concierge can reconfirm tickets, reservations,
etc… or better yet share with them your interest and let them assist in planning
one for you.
• Tip - If you’re pleased with your concierge’s services, show your appreciation
with an appropriate tip. Much of it depends on the type of services provided but
if money isn’t your thing, a nice little letter to the general manager to say, ‘
