Locating, training, and retaining a sufficient number of quality housekeepers is probably the greatest operational challenge for most resorts because our need for housekeeping labor is often seasonal and part time. One question: Where do you find those superwomen or men who can clean a timeshare unit in 15 minutes? If you will refer them to our resort, I will hire them immediately. In lieu of our past disasters, this is very informative. Also my husband and I relate to the articles by the time- share owners on the joys of owning and using timeshares. We too agree with the idea that we have been many places that we would never have gone [otherwise]. We have enjoyed our travels through the years in the UK.
