Tips for selling/renting a timeshare 1. Check with your resort to see if they know of other owners who might have an interest in buying. The resort may be able to give you information about the value of resales. The number of resorts taking back timeshares is increasing. Ask about current policies. 2. Place a classifi ed ad on the TimeSharing Today classifi ed ad website: www. tstonlineclassifi ed.com. Many variables affect the salability of a unit, so we cannot advise you as to price.
