A healthy market despite scams

We are in a very healthy resale marketplace . The resale values have increased , which is a benefit to buyers, sellers , and developers .
A healthy resale marketplace is a benefit to buyers because it gives some stability to their purchase . If you are a buyer and have not taken advantage of the low prices , you will see prices creeping up . With the resorts that practice their right of first refusal , we are seeing the major resorts being very aggressive in exercising on their units , which will increase the price a resale buyer will have to pay .
A healthy resale marketplace is a benefit to sellers because they are recouping some of their original expenditures . So do you wait to see if the prices will go up ?
The rule of thumb is if you are using the timeshare , then use it . If you are
paying maintenance fees waiting for the prices to go up , it is time to sell .
A healthy resale marketplace is a benefit to developers because eventually the price between retail and resale needs to come closer together . Developers are working better with resale buyers now . They are trying to reward the retail buyer instead of punishing the resale purchaser .
