Hong Kong Friends
On Tuesday, 5th April at the Hong Kong
Country Club, the Hong Kong Events
Committee, chaired by Richard Wallace
(Coll, 68-72), organised a Gala Dinner in
recognition of Dr & Mrs Townsend’s 11
years at Winchester; over 200 of the local
Wykehamical community attended.
Christopher Cheng (Coll) composed a
parting gift for the Townsends, A
Wykehamist’s Rhapsody, which was
performed on the evening by himself,
Max Cheung (Coll), Bernard Ko (C) and
Adrian Tsui (B). Brian Li (E, 87-92),
Chairman of the Hong Kong Friends,
thanked Dr Townsend for his great
support over the last 11 years and a silver
commemorative plate was presented by
Sir David Li.

Cookbook
As Head of the School Charities
Committee, Coline Cadoret (Co Ro),
and on the suggestion of one of her
committee members, Max Habib (B), is
creating a School cookbook. This will be
sold initially at Winchester Match, with
all profits going to our current School
charities. All enquiries to the Win Coll
Soc office.

Cantores Episcopi are very proud to

wonderful mix of sumptuous

rhythms and entertaining

celebrating the folksong and
spiritual tradition. The CD is
