Come and learn the ways animals work (and work together) and observe animals at work right here at the Zoo. Grades 1 – 3 Wild Winter Wildlife is everywhere — even in your own backyard. In this camp, we’ll explore animals that don’t fly south when the weather gets cold. Take a walk to the Wetlands trail to explore native wildlife and learn how animals in Kentucky adapt to the winter weather. Grades 4 – 6 Survival Skills Animals have amazing adaptations to help them survive in the wild, but how would you do? In this camp, we’ll learn about how animals adapt — and we'll learn some survival skills of our own. SPRING & SUMMER CAMPS We’re gearing up for an exciting spring and summer and can’t wait to see you. Programs go on sale in February 2019! Spend your school breaks at the wildest camp in town! All camps include zoo walks, presentations, attraction rides, and up close encounters with Zoo ambassador animals. Convenient hours for parents make the Zoo the perfect choice for families!
