We all have our favourite locations and special rivers. But for most of the year, these places exist only in our mind’s eye. For me, the South Island of New Zealand is what consumes my mind and passion. Dry fly fishing, epic mountains and the ultimate back-country experience - New Zealand has it all. With spring creeks through pastoral land, rivers with car-size boulders and open valleys strewn with braids of water, no day is the same. That is why I love it and why I return each year, to start a new adventure in this majestic land down-under.
