The company operates five triple-decker
vessels in Ontario’s Thousand Islands
archipelago, which straddles the border
between the U.S. and Canada. With departures
from Ivy Lea and Gananoque—both about
halfway between Toronto and Montréal—the
company offers short tours and day-cruise
options that showcase the area’s scenic beauty.
Hornblower’s new 700-passenger
catamarans take visitors on tours of the
Great Gorge, American Falls, Bridal Veil
Falls and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Tour
operators can take advantage of student
group amenities, including extended hours,
exclusive group check-in and dedicated
motorcoach check-in service.
The company’s popular Jet Boating the
Rapids tour is a one-hour ride around
Montréal on the St. Lawrence River, and
its speed boat tours include twists and
turns on the river’s calmer sections. Tours
run from spring to autumn, and meals
are available with morning and evening
departures.
