Wellness Increasingly, wellness is a factor in the employee experience. Does the company make it easier or harder for employees to be healthy and fit? Many employees report financial stress as a perennial challenge in their lives, which is prompting more employer-sponsored financial wellness programs in more companies. Corporate Citizenship There’s a lot of talk about how important issues like sustainability and giving back to the community are to Millennials, but this will likely be even more important to Gen Z, the generation right on their heels. INTROVERTS: Open office workspace enviroments, for instance, are well-suited for extroverts but not great for introverts, who are often the people behind breakthrough innovative thinking. NON-DESK: Do your frontline employees feel invisible to top management? Are they recognized as heroes who are making important contributions to the success of the company? What are the physical realities of their work environments? PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES: How’s the accessibility in the physical environment? Have you addressed technology needs for those who need adaptations? When employees need specific accommodations, has the company been able to provide them?
