I still have letters I’ve saved from students and parents telling me how much of an impact I made, or how they loved my class. Taking the time to write a note to a teacher is the best and means so much! A student WANTS to talk to me even when we aren’t in class, or fist bumps me whenever they pass me in the hallway. -Denise C. Our grade level sponsors a school dance. This provides scholarships for our class trip and provides money for our classrooms. The dance is for 2 hours right after school. The middle school kids love it and so do the parents-supervised fun! We charge admission and sell snacks. -Sherry B.
