most talented people. I know what is possible with a focused recruiting
effort, and I think we can do so much more to get the word out about
Tennessee. Great things are happening across our state, but there is
also so much more to do, and if we actively tell that balanced story and
how people can play a role and make their mark, we’ll attract many
more amazing leaders to join us in the effort.
