Quick and easy to set-up as jig has engraved markings on
underside to allow set-up for doors 35mm, 40mm, 44mm
and 54mm thick.
Length of the aperture in the jig can be adjusted from
30mm to 250mm.
Engraved for 16mm and 19mm lock widths and 22.5mm
and 25.4mm faceplate widths.
Made from 12mm thick laminate with sliding phenolic
plastic plates.
Adjustable datum locking alloy clamping bar with clamping
range from 30mm to 80mm.
Can be used for routing the mortise for 16mm and 19mm
lock bodies.
The jig requires a plunge router with an 80mm plunge fitted
with a 30mm guide bush with 10mm long spigot, 12mm
diameter long reach cutter and two clamps.
