Tungsten Carbide Tipped.
Two flute with tips sheared up & down, giving a fine finish.
For trimming veneered & double-faced boards, plywoods &
natural timbers.
Have the action of pushing chips towards the middle of the
board being cut, ensuring that the veneers are sheared off
cleanly in the process.

TCT cutters with staggered cutting surfaces.
Deep mortising & grooving gives good chip clearance.
l For lock mortising, two width cuts will be needed to
achieve the standard 19mm mortise.
l The lock mortiser Ref. 5/53 will plunge and clear
chips to a depth of 70mm in a number of passes.
l Tools have extra long shanks. Adjust the cutter
in the collet to achieve maximum plunge depth.
! For Ref. 5/53 take several passes to avoid
cutter breakage &
motor overload.
