Security

Terry A. Kline, Chief of Security

As we begin the upcoming summer months, Security would like to advise all members and guests to use caution while driving on Treasure Lake roadways. We are currently in full swing with yard and garage sales throughout the lake. Please be advised not to park on the roadway. Treasure Lake Policy states that you must be three (3) feet off the roadway. Please obey all speed limits and watch for children running between parked cars at these yard sales.

This is also the time of year that the deer have their fawns. If you see these fawns in your yard, please let them alone as their mothers are close by. If you handle or pet them, this could possibility cause them harm, or put them into danger.

At this time of year we get a rash of calls relative to raccoons acting strange, or being near your residences. Remember this is the time of year they have little ones. They will be out in the daytime looking for food and will look sick and skinny. This is from the little ones dragging them down from feeding them. Please drive safely within Treasure Lake and help make this a safer place to live.
