Treasure Lake Community,
On behalf of the Omni Management Team, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the warm welcome that we have received from everyone that we have met at Treasure Lake. It did not take us long to discover the beauty of Treasure Lake evidenced by the property and the community. We have discovered a staff here that loves their community and is proud to be a part of it. Their insight and history have been an invaluable tool for us.
I wanted to introduce you to some of the “team members” working on behalf of Treasure Lake through your Board of Directors and Omni Management Services: Tim Loehr, Owner/President; Nalini Mowery, Executive Resort Director; Scott Bender, Executive Director TL; James Chesky, Human Resources; Ryan Hoffman, Maintenance Manager; Kenny Dowden, Maintenance Supervisor; Christina Trevathan, Financials, and of course me as your Property Manager, Shirley Elmore. Together, we are focusing all of our attention on customer service and the needs of this wonderful community.
You may or may not have already discovered our HelpDesk which can be found on the Treasure Lake web site under contacts. There you are welcome to send suggestions and concerns. This service is tracked insuring that your comments do not fall through the cracks. You can even track the progress of your posting!
