The Omni “Help Desk” is a wonderful tool available to all property owners to assist in resolving issues not associated with personnel. When the appropriate department has been assigned your suggestion, Omni will contact you via e-mail with a tracking number. You will be able to monitor the progress of your issue by periodically checking in with your tracking number. We appreciate you using this “Help Desk”.
