Garage Sales

Springtime brings spring cleaning and garage sales. Weekend garage sale permits, including the three official garage sale signs, can be purchased at the TLPOA office for $10. Extra signs are $1 each. Permits are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the POA office. Sales can be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, except on the holiday weekends of (Memorial Day, and the weekend after the 4th of July, and Labor Day.) There is a limit of two sales per residence per year. Only Treasure Lake-issued signs can be displayed in the community, and they must be removed by noon on the Sunday after the sale. State law prohibits signs from being mounted on utility poles.
