Spring has sprung and we’re preparing for what should be a wonderful summer at the Campground and Cabins. A full slate of activities has been set for not just Cayman, but all of Treasure Lake. Take advantage of all that Treasure Lake offers with a stay at the campground or cabins.
Things are kicking off with the Cayman Wine Walk – Saturday, April 30th from 2 to 6pm. You’ll find several area wineries and specialty vendors as well as some great music. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the POA office, Cayman office, or by calling 814-371-0711 Ext. 100. We look forward to seeing you here.
Things get in full swing Memorial Day weekend with the opening of the pools and beaches. We will be serving ice cream and other goodies at the Cayman Lodge. The Treasure Lake Lion’s Club will be starting Bingo Saturday, May 28th. Bingo will be held every Saturday at the Cayman Lodge. We will also be holding church services, with the help of the Treasure Lake Church, Sundays at 10 AM at the Lodge.
We will host a special Memorial Day event on Sunday, May 29th. This will honor those that have fought, died and served our great Country. A cookout will follow the service.
The Treasure Lake Recreation Department and Cayman Camper’s Club will be hosting many events this summer. Come out and join us.
Cabins have been booking fast. We have several weekends where we are completely booked. However, we’ll do our best to get you in. Camp sites are available starting in mid-April. We hope to see many new visitors and we’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces back at Cayman.
We’ll be increasing the hours and staffing at the Cayman office in May in an effort to better serve your needs.
We had a wonderful time at the Pennsylvania Adventure RV Expo in Altoona at the end of February. It was nice to see many old friends and to meet new folks who plan to make Cayman a summer stop.

Dumpster Bear and all of us at Cayman are looking forward to a wonderful season. Our Friendly Bear has already been out and about and he’s looking forward to seeing many smiling faces.
