Adopt Ordinances Regulating Unmanned Aircraft The ALUC is exploring a potential ordinance addressing unmanned aerial systems and incorporating Federal Aviation Administration rules for recreational , commercial , and other users to allow local enforcement . The ALUC should consult with Travis AFB and local communities to establish areas where such aircraft may and may not be permissible due to their potential impacts to flight operations .
