Siting of habitat areas near Travis AFB flight paths and operation areas could attract additional birds to the ar strike hazards .

Develop and distribute BASH educational materials Travis AFB should provide educational information to local jurisdictions , agencies and landowners in the region relative to reducing the potential for bird and wildlife attractants that may impede safe aircraft operations .
