Travis AFB last updated its ICRMP in January 2016.  Goals and objectives in 
the ICRMP include: 

Mid-Air Collision Avoidance Pamphlet
Integrate cultural resources management with future installation 
plans, projects, and programs and in support of military missions; 
 Support the completion of an Installation Tribal Relations Plan; 
 Focus on previously overlooked Cold War‐era resources as these will 
be the resources most affected by future action
