Malayan Tiger

Linda told me that "This tiger is a Malayan Tiger from the Malay Peninsula in southeast Asia (Panthera tigris jacksoni) and is on the endangered species list due mostly to habitat fragmentation. This particular tiger though resides in a tiny, 5 acre community zoo in Atascadero, California (San Luis Obispo County) and is well loved by all his visitors."
