23 Riverfront Square Lotus Equity Group unveiled details about its planned redevelopment of the former Newark Bears stadium, which will include construction of the largest mass timber office building in the nation. The 11-story 500,000-square-foot tower would rise on the nearly 12-acre site adjacent to the Passaic River and New Jersey Transit’s Broad Street Station. Upon its full build out, Riverfront Square is expected to include 2.3 million square feet of residential, office and retail space. Redevelopment of former Westinghouse Electric Co. factory The joint venture of SJP Properties and Aetna Realty plans on developing nearly 2.0 million square feet of commercial and residential space at the former Westinghouse Electric factory located at University Avenue and Walker House Orange Street.
