Monumental Laws Written By: Johanna Jeffery You may remove a monument Made to represent The 10 Commandments; You say it violates man’s laws— What do these laws represent? Monuments can be removed, and destroyed, To erase a memory, this is true. You pretend there is no absolute truth, Hoping to convince a confused society. Did any man create food, air, water? Can any man take these away? Do man’s laws have power Over the souls of mankind? Men who make laws are born, then die; Our Father is everlasting! All people do have the right to choose their beliefs, But, there is a day, Truth will confront us all. Love cannot die, no matter what you try— Truth being “against the law,” is only a lie! Take away what you will, Our Father will prove His great power still! Just because some refuse to accept what’s really here, Doesn’t make it go away. We can choose to see His love even through flowers, To learn He loves us, and to Him we should pray. Who doesn’t need food, air, water? Who doesn’t need love? Who supplies all of our needs? Wait, don’t fall for intellectual lies! Monumental laws vs. monumental lies— Now is this true case set before us all. Our Father’s proof, He’s the last surviving Judge. Obey Him to forever live, or rebel and fall. © 2003, Johanna Jeffery Woman TEXAS FREDERICKSBURG 35 www.fbgwoman.com
