October is set to be an extremely busy month for our calendars, with Gitex Technology week from 12th – 16th October, the HR Summit and Expo from October 20th – 22nd and the Najah Education and Training Exhibition at the end of the month, it is set to be one of the best months for training and HR events in the Gulf.
This month our magazine focus is on Learning Technology. Whilst Arab Universities have been quick to implement distance learning through the use of technology, many companies in the Middle East still remain behind the US and Europe in implementation and remain sceptical of the benefits. With over 40 percent of global Fortune 500 companies now using some form of educational technology for training, the Middle East needs to catch up to remain competitive in the global market.
Our magazine will guide you through the process of implementing eLearning. On page 44. Barry Cummings will guide you in the decision process of selecting eLearning as your training model - Is it right for your organization?
