EXPO 2020: Can Dubai Fill The Skills Gap?

Have the learning objectives been met for each individual? What is the course success rate? Conduct a training gap analysis before the course, immediately after course completion and once more 3-6 months later.

During the course, the interactivity and focus of the trainees needs to be monitored. One potential problem to be aware of with eLearning is social loafing. Social loafing is the tendency to put less effort into a task and rush through it with as little effort as possible to “get it done.”

In technology based learning this could be due to the lack of an instructor, lack of self-

motivation to learn,or frustration with the course technology. How do you intend to manage this should it occur?

And finally, to evaluate the efficiency of TBT we need to look at the ROI and compare the ROI to previously implemented training programmes – Does the outcome outweigh the cost of the training in terms of money, energy, time and resources? How does it compare to previously conducted training?
