What is your role going to be in getting executives ready for the tsunami of change that is heading our way?

What might the Learning and Development industry look like in 10 years, five years or even just two years from now?

I strongly believe that the power of face-to-face interaction will still play a role and we will need to continue improving leaders’ and team members’ communication and interaction skills as they become more reliant to their technological tools.

However, relying solely on classroom training is a thing of the past and if we want to keep up, we need to start exploring “What’s Next” for it is hurtling towards us like a speeding train.
