EDITORS NOTE

Organisational change is an ongoing problem which needs a fresh approach. It has been proven by organisations such as Google and Facebook that the key to high performing employees lies in implementing a strong organisational culture which incorporates regular change thus transforming organisations for the needs of tomorrow.

In our second issue of Training Magazine Europe we look at how every element of an organisation can be transformed, from the culture of leadership within a company on page 46 to introducing a culture of innovation at every level on page 16, after all without continuous innovation no company can succeed.

Following the interest in our ‘A Day In The Life Of’ feature on Blaire Palmer in our launch issue, we asked Blaire to share the strategy she implements for culture change when successfully merging opposing values and beliefs together into a new culture. Read the case study on page 22.

This month we turn our attention to the art of ‘framing’. Do you possess the skills needed to influence members to agree with organisational changes and work with you in creating and implementing change?

In our second feature on page 26 Michael Westland Rose equips us with 6 steps for successful framing that can be applied in every situation.

All this and much more. Enjoy reading Training Magazine Europe and if you have any comments let me know below:
