There are three main areas to what I do:
NLP Business Coach training Licensed by the Society of NLP and Richard Bandler (the co-founder of NLP), Leadership Development Training and Executive Coaching.
What Made You Launch A Training Business?
In 1994 I was working for a large corporate organisation in the UK and witnessed first hand, leaders bullying people and creating huge problems by not being able to communicate well with everyone they worked with. Although this company provided lots of training no one was being trained in how to work well with others.
When I was introduced to NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) I knew I wanted to become an NLP trainer because I was fascinated with the way behaviour was structured and how by changing this structure people quickly change their behaviour.. When I was trained I saw clients and ran workshops during holidays, evenings and weekends while still working full time.
I finally set up Fiona Campbell Consultancy in the UK full time in 2001 and spent eight years as a member of the team assisting Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler (the co-founder of NLP) on their NLP training courses in London.
How Do You Help Companies?
I help people in companies become better communicators to become more productive, more motivated, understand more what their clients and colleagues want and really listen and connect well with everyone they work with.
Which Client Projects Have Been A Success?
In 2010 I delivered three in-house Licensed NLP Business Practitioner training to 38 NHS doctors, senior nurses and senior managers and a series of workshops to over 500 staff to help them prepare for the huge budget cuts and major changes. This training helped them lead their staff through a very challenging time without a significant raise in sickness rates, loss of service and people who were made redundant were able to move into new careers.

The CEO of a recruitment company in the UK has been a coaching client for the last three years and during this time his business has grown from a turnover of £300,000 to £1,230,00 and from a team of 3 to a team of 10. I delivered my Enhancing Communication workshop to the whole team and everyone on that team overachieved their targets as they focused on building better relationships with their clients.
The Managing Director of a manufacturing company has been a coaching client for the last six years and has progressed from Operations Manger to Operations Director to Managing Director. During the time we have focused on both personal and company growth and I have helped him create action plans, set goals and he has gown the company from a loss to a highly profitable £10m+ company.
